Protein Pineapple Mango Smoothie Recipe


There's nothing better than the sunshine and a Pineapple smoothie! Now the temps are warming up it's time to pull out the pineapple and coconut water. Did you know the benefits of the two? The pineapple is a tropical plant with an edible fruit; it is the most economically significant plant in the family Bromeliaceae. Pineapple is rich in fiber and is perfect for your digestion and weight loss journey. These are just a few of the benefits of adding pineapple to your diet.

Pineapple Mango Protein Smoothie Recipe


4 oz Coconut Water

2 oz Almond milk

2 Scoops Orgain Vegan Protein Powder

1/2 Medium Frozen Banana

1/3 Cup Frozen Pineapple

1/3 Cup Frozen Mango



*Blend all ingredients together, add more coconut water for a thinner smoothie. I like my smoothies thick like a milkshake. ENJOY!
