Incorporating these foods into your meals can enhance your weight loss journey while keeping your taste buds satisfied. I love making my favorite soups and crockpot meals during this time. I'm a throw-everything-in-the-slow-cooker and forget about it mom!



Pumpkin Spice Smoothie


Start your day with a delightful pumpkin spice smoothie. Blend together 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, ½ cup of canned pumpkin, 1 banana, a dash of cinnamon, and two scoops of Orgain Vanilla protein powder(or a protein powder of your choice). This smoothie is not only filling but also rich in fiber, which helps keep you full longer.

Wholesome Dinner Ideas in the guide


Dinner is a great time to incorporate hearty, healthy meals that warm you up. Try a roasted vegetable and quinoa bowl. Toss your favorite fall vegetables like Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast them until golden. Serve over a bed of quinoa for a nutritious and satisfying meal.

Or use one of my guide recipes which is my famous Beer Cheese Soup or my Cowboy Soup, or one of my party favs, is my Protein Pasta Salad. All my recipes are a twist on my family's favorites, but super nutritious and fit in your macros.




Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal


For a cozy breakfast, whip up some apple cinnamon oatmeal. Cook rolled oats with a scoop of Vanilla Protein added before cooking, add in diced apples, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a drizzle of honey. This dish is not only comforting but also provides a great source of energy to kickstart your day.

Snack Smart


Snacking can often derail your weight loss efforts, but it doesn’t have to. Opt for healthy snacks like roasted pumpkin seeds or a handful of nuts. These options are not only nutritious but also provide healthy fats that keep you satisfied between meals.

As the weather cools down, it’s easy to forget about hydration. When you have a super cute cup, I find drinking water is much easier. Nighttime ritual

Warm herbal teas can be a comforting way to stay hydrated while also providing various health benefits. Consider sipping on ginger tea or chamomile to help with digestion and relaxation. I love Chai Tea in the Fall and Winter months.
