This program was a perfect fit for this busy mom of 3. I had a baby in Oct 2017 and by January, I was ready to get active again, but not ready to take a new baby to the gym. Christina has developed a program that combines exercise with life style changes in eating. I don’t say diet, because I don’t do well on diets. Her food is delicious and satisfying- I cannot stand to be hungry!! She creates short workouts at 15 minutes a pop to maximize your output in a short period of time. In 31 days, I lost about 5.5 lbs and was almost at my pre-baby weight! But the biggest change was in the mirror as I started to see my body return from pregnancy. Knowing I was early postpartum, Christina specialized some workouts specifically tailored to aid my body in the journey back. Even after finishing the program, I wanted to jump immediately into round 2 and Christina was right there to help us keep going! Workouts increased in intensity and time, which was perfect. I began to see abs, shoulder, back, and arm definition again. I feel amazing and I sleep better. The absolute best part of this program, is it is so reasonably priced. Christina understands that not everyone can spend hundreds of dollars on a personal trainer, so she kept the cost more than affordable and that is priceless.
