2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Scoop Ancient Nutrition Collagen
1/3 Cup Organic Frozen Cherries
1/2 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk(unsweetened saves your 50 calories)
1/2 Cup Ice
6 oz Filtered Water
