WHO I AM
I am a mother to 3 girls, a wife of 15 years and Certified Personal trainer. I married my best friend who is a Major in the United States Army and also a civilian police officer. Being a Military and Police wife has made me become a go with the flow, change your plans last minute and never know what to expect kind of person. Every day is an adventure!
In 2009, I started working out when my husband left on a deployment and our first daughter was 6 months old. I was so stressed I didn't even know what a normal mom should feel like. I knew I didn't want to stay in that place, so I found that working out and taking time for myself actually eased the burden of quasi-single mom life. Then, we had our second daughter and another deployment. I found myself in an awful place, so I started another membership at my local YMCA. I worked out on my own and with all the trainers because I was there so often. I took group fitness classes and kept myself healthy and active to cure the burden of the year long deployment. During those times, I learned I really enjoyed fitness, I enjoyed the community and I learned that working out alongside other women was truly my calling and passion. In 2016, while pregnant with my 3rd and working for a local gym, I became a Primary and Advanced Certified Personal Trainer. During that time, #Bombshellmamas Fitness, now known as Christina Tremblay Fitness, launched and it has been so rewarding to accomplish something I have been passionate about since I was 18!
As your NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide you towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. Let’s begin your journey together!
