Let's make a smoothie girl! Fun Fact about Cinnamon, it tricks your brain that something is sweeter than it is. So when you're trying to lose weight you need to add more flavor to food so you don't feel like you're missing out. Then add in some ice and almond milk and you have a quick smoothie with few ingredients to keep it simple.
It can be your breakfast on the go or your refill after one of the Bikini Shred workouts. My goal for you is to hit 20-30 grams of protein each meal. That will help build the lean muscle, keep you full for hours and help you hit your daily macro goals. With this recipe you can even add a little treat on top! Some days you just have to indulge.
