Dole Whip Inspired Protein Smoothie

Updated: Jan 23, 2023

Do you love Disney's DOLE whip? This is a skinnier version of the beloved treat at Magic Kingdom. In Magic Kingdom they have a Dole Whip Station right past the Aladdin ride. Every season they are adding new treats to the menu, but I still can't get over the classic Dole Whip Ice Cream. It's just the best. With a mixture of pineapple and vanilla it will cool you on a hot summer day. Even on a rainy day like we had in May! It still taste delicious no matter the season. These sweet teas love a yummy classic dole whip.

The good thing about re making this at home is you can make it with Protein Powder to make it a perfect snack after a sweaty workout or a quick breakfast for the kids on the go out the door to school.

Let us know your favorite Disney treats in the comment section below.
